Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged one of our Instagram or Messenger business accounts and want us to delete the data we hold about you, you have two options.

Option A — message us

Send a direct message to the same Instagram or Messenger account containing the words "DELETE MY DATA". We will:

  1. Acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  2. Permanently delete your conversation history and any linked records within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., tax records of completed transactions).
  3. Confirm completion by reply.

Option B — email

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Instagram or Messenger account, or include a screenshot of a recent conversation so we can verify your identity. Same response timeline.

What we cannot delete

We are required by Singapore tax law to retain commercial transaction records for 5 years. Deletion will scrub message content and personal identifiers from those records but cannot remove the underlying invoice.

If you believe your request was not honoured, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
