Sharkflow is an internal tool operated by Inara Organics Pte. Ltd. for managing communications with our own customers. By messaging one of our Instagram or Messenger business accounts, you consent to:

1. Your message being received and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Our staff (and AI-assisted drafting tools under our supervision) reading and replying to your message.
3. Reasonable retention of conversation history for support and audit.

Sharkflow itself is not a service we license to third parties. There are no end-user accounts, fees, or registration involved on the customer side — your messages reach us through your normal Instagram or Messenger app.
